With our unique Western pads it’ll be twice as much fun for horse and rider. The underside of the pad is crafted in our soft lambskin and helps to minimise the pressure on the horse’s back. The top side, however, is made of a sturdy and durable twill fabric. All pads have pockets for our special composite foam paddings (c); these can be used for individual adjustment so that the pads fit comfortably on the horse’s back. The rider can then react swiftly and flexibly to any physical changes in the horse and customise the pad as and when needed. An additional highlight is the extra strong nylon protection at the girth to help prevent chafing.
 
Description
This anatomically shaped Western pad is covered entirely with lambskin on the underside. Padding can be placed inside the integrated pockets. The withers are cut out. A heavy-duty nylon chafe guard will help to prevent any permanent damage being caused by the girth. Supplied without padding. This can be ordered separately.

Care & Cleaning
WERNER CHRIST HORSE products can be machine-washed at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C in the wool wash-cycle. 
We recommend using our WERNER CHRIST C7 laundry detergent for lambskin. It is an environmentally friendly concentrate specially developed for optimum results with our products. 
After the wash cycle you can dry our sheepskin items in your tumble drier (at a temperature up to 40° C) or in the fresh air. Regularly pull your sheepskin into shape while it is drying.
